DELIVERY

We offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders in the United-Kingdom and Ireland.

- UK: orders will arrive the next working day for orders placed before 1pm
- Ireland: orders will arrive in 1 or 2 days

We also deliver internationally to:

- USA
The order will take approximately 2 to 3 working days and cost £5.
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and Sweden
The order will take approximately 2 to 3 working days and cost £5.
- Australia and New Zealand
The order will take approximately 5 to 6 working days and cost £15.
- UAE and Saudi Arabia
The order will take approximately 5 to 6 working days and cost £20.

RETURNS

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 21 days of purchase. This includes products purchased in the sale or with a discount code.

Products must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process the exchange or refund.

If an exchange is required, please contact our Customer Care Team at sales@nocturne.co.uk and they will be happy to help you with this.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to process a return:

1. All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging. Worn, damaged items will unfortunately not be refund.

2. Contact us at sales@nocturne.co.uk to tell us about your intention to return and explain the reason. This must be done within 20 days of reception of your order.

3. Ship the item with tracked and signed-for delivery with the carrier of your choice at your own cost at the following address:

Please note that the product will remain your property until we have received and checked the return. If we don’t receive your product, we will not be able to process your exchange or refund, therefore please make sure you book the appropriate shipping service with tracking service.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@nocturne.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
